Meet Rome. Rome is an 18 month old Red male Doberman Pinscher who is looking for that special forever home. Rome would love to be an only dog of a single human, preferably a male. Rome is a European Doberman that was purchased as a puppy by a well meaning family, they tried to do the right things to make it work. It turns out that Rome has a pretty strong/dominant personality and the family just couldn’t handle the dog. Rome has had plenty of obedience training and knows all of the commands, he will still try and test his handler on occasion. We are looking for an experienced handler for Rome as he can be a very affectionate and playful boy. Rome is good with female dogs and could live with a large breed female, definitely not a male dog.
